When you live in the midwest, Ranch is a favorite addition to many meals. I personally am not in love with it as much as the rest of my family, but when I want a creamy dip for my pizza crust, vegetables from my garden, or a sauce for my crispy bacon chicken wraps, ranch is the way to go!
I am currently on a diet that limits my consumption of seed oils, preservatives, refined sugars, yeast, soy, and a few other items. As I was meal planning and looking for homemade dressings to go with my garden vegetables and chicken ranch wraps, I stumbled across the perfect protein-filled ranch recipe for my diet and my family. I made a few tweaks to the recipe and I LOVE how it turned out! This Ranch Dressing is easy and quick to make, and you only need a couple fridge items in addition to your seasonings (many of which you probably already have on hand!). I encourage you to make this Ranch Dressing Recipe for your family this Summer!

Notes
- Fresh herbs are the best way to go in this recipe if you have them!
- Refrigerating overnight allows the herbs to soak into the mixture and enhances the flavors. I would recommend making this the night before bringing it to a gathering.
- Raw Local honey is always a great addition! Honey enhances the flavors of the
- I usually double this recipe, making one for myself and one to give away to other family members or friends.
- Using greek yogurt is a great way to get protein in, but you can also change out the yogurt and use blended cottage cheese if that is a favorite of yours. If using cottage cheese, I would not add water or milk and I would only make the dip version of this recipe, not the dressing.
